Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • All domestic shipments are dispatched through our official courier partner Delhivery.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • If the item is available in stock at our warehouse, it may be dispatched as early as the next working day.

  • Dezin India is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations.

  • For website orders, tracking information will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.


International Shipping

  • International orders are processed via third-party logistics or freight partners (either appointed by the customer or suggested by Dezin India).

  • We are responsible only for secure packaging and timely dispatch from our facility.

  • Dezin India is not liable for any customs delays, import duties, or damages during international transit.

  • If a customer uses their own shipping agent, all responsibilities for tracking, delivery, and damage claims rest with the customer.
